History

ACIP came into being in 2003 to formalise a group of English, Dutch and French friends and acquaintances who were getting together to provide mutual support. As membership increased the need for organisation grew and so the official Association recognised by the French authorities was formed with the aim of creating a multi-national support group in the Périgord.

ACIP now has more than 150 members of several nationalities.
