Everyone is welcome to come to either session or both. There will be time for everyone to dance together as well as learn new moves, or just watch if you don't feel comfortable at joining in.
 
The idea is that you have fun - we are not aiming for perfection - and it will be a social occasion with somewhere to sit, have a drink and relax as well as dance.
 
For those of you who have not been before the dress code is casual, you do not have to wear R n R gear, and for the ladies, shoes that are comfortable and do not fall off when you turn are a definite advantage!
