Hatha Yoga

This is a traditional yoga practice designed to build strength, flexibility and balance using Yin Yoga and Vinyasa flow styles. Pranayama and meditation are blended into each session to connect mind, body and spirit.

All are welcome to participate.

PLEASE NOTE - The yoga course is very popular so please do not attend if you are not a member of this group. Please contact the Group Leader to put yourself on a waiting list, with thanks.

Props (blocks, straps, bolsters etc) are welcome but not necessary for participation.
