Pétanque

The game of boules, commonly known as pétanque, is considered one of the most popular sports in France. The game is not far from British bowling and Italian Bocce Ball. Pétanque is played on a clay surface and if you want to learn more about this typically French sport, come and join us!

The pétanque group meets on the first and third Thursday of the month, from April until the end of October, at the boulodrome next to Parc Le Bournat in Le Bugue. We meet at 5.00pm.

Beginners and experienced players are welcome and if you have visitors who would like to try the sport, bring them along. To join in the fun, please feel free contact the group leader via the contact link given below.
